Pools |
Personally-owned pools are limited to small wading pools, not to exceed 18" in depth & 8 feet in diameter. Pools must be placed inside the fenced in yard. Residents must ensure that children utilizing the pools are closely supervised, and that pools are emptied when not in use. Any damage to grassy areas will be repaired at Resident’s expense. Pools must be emptied and properly stored immediately after use and may not remain filled overnight. Hot tubs and spas are not permitted. |

Common Areas |
Please properly dispose of trash and take personal items with you after using the parks, gym, and other common areas. |

Pets |
Please always keep your pets on a leash while outside of your home or yard and dog park. If you've forgotten to bring along a bag for pet waste, there are several all over the village for your convenience. |
